Kitchen Hacks 2

More kitchen hacks.  Some of these I knew, some not.  I do intend to try the marshmallows in brown suger--my brown sugar has a nasty habit of getting hard.  I did know about the lemons and avacado, lemons and apples, and popping a lid with a can opener--done it for years.  I can tell you for a fact the wooden spoon on top of boiling liquid does not work, though.  Think I'll also try the truffles in coffee--I have a weakness for Lindt white chocolate truffles as well as french vanilla coffee.
